£30-40k DOE + Benefits

We’re looking for a competent and accurate Estimator to join us. Our ideal person will be someone with good business knowledge, an entrepreneurial spirit and a few years’ estimating experience under their belt.

You’ll have experience of estimating projects from a simple side return or loft extension, to high end basement conversions and complete new builds. You will be organised, efficient and have outstanding attention to detail.

You’ll work alongside our sales team and project managers to make sure we are providing accurate estimates and getting best value for both our customers and the company. We’re growing fast so in the not too distant future, you’ll also help us set up an in-house estimating team.

We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, and who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo in pursuit of finding a better way to do things.

Starting salary will be between £30k and £40k depending on experience, plus incentives and excellent training and support.

Project Manager

As a constantly expanding business we are always on the look out for competent project managers. The applicant must be able to speak and write English. A second language in Polish would be very helpful but is not essential. Strong organisational skills are a must as the job can be very demanding on your time and keeping on top of the admin is essential. Prior knowledge of Excel and an ability to work with numbers is an advantage. Most of all we are looking for someone that is enthusiastic, quick to learn and prepared to use initiative in any given situation.

If you are considering the construction industry as a career and are looking for an internship please do be in touch. Two days are never the same. We always need help in the office but we also work hard to ensure that interns are shown all elements of the process from attending site meetings with clients and co ordinating with tradesmen to becoming involved with the business development and marketing. For the right intern there may well be a future role within the company.
